Highlighted Features
- Students are individually tested orally every day, and teachers review their subjects every month. Weak performance of a student is conveyed to their parents through a phone call.
- All the teachers and instructors conduct their periods regularly, and each period is recorded in a file.
Admission Process
Admission in Department of Dars-e-Nizami (for girls) is given on following conditions
- For girl’s admissions in Dars-e-Nizami it is necessary for her to be matric pass or have completed Nazra Qur’an.
- Students should clear their previous levels to get admission in Khassa 2 and other stages.
NOTE: In addition, a short written test is also taken from girls before admission is granted in Khassa – I.
Must bring following documents with you at the time of admission:
- Photocopy of Father’s / Guardian’s CNIC
- Marks sheet or certificate of Matric for admission in Khassa 1
- Previous class performance report and yearly report.
Examination System
Quarterly and half-yearly exams are held every three months, during the academic year. Students are not allowed to sit in Wifaq-ul-Madaris-al-Arabiah in case of failure in quarterly or half-yearly exams.
Study Time
From 8 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
There are 7 periods with the duration of 45 minutes each.
Educational Fee
No monthly fee will be charged in the Department of Dars-e-Nizami (for girls).
However annual fee is Rs.3000.
Transportation
Transportation is not the responsibility of the institute.
Parents are responsible for arranging transportation themselves.
However, the management of the institution will definitely assist in such matters.
